RoleAssistant Manager - Governance, Risk Management & Compliance
- Responsible for Risk and Control Matrix across organization. Review of RCMs on periodic basis to ensure that RCMs are updated and relevant with changes in process, development changes and external environment.
- Conducting reviews in accordance with compliance plan, drafting the review report and discussion with stake holders and to ensure that the remedial action are agreed for and taken by process owners.
- Maintaining records for compliance testing, working papers files, self-assessment testing documents and ensuring accuracy of working papers and compliance with internal procedures.
- Tracking the open action item and validating the same for closure.
- Working closely with vendors are coordinating and leading reviews done by third party vendor like Internal Financial control testing.
- Responsible for end-to-end vendor management for the team including associated compliances as per the applicable organization policies.
- Responsible for managing the policy operating framework across organization to ensure timely up-dation and maintenance.
- Work closely with Internal audit team, Statutory auditor, process owner on regular basis.
- Leading and managing automation or other initiatives for compliance function.
- Responsible for various reporting done by Compliance team at multiple forums.
- Responsibility for managing some of the compliance programs like Record management, Advance Analytics, Code of conduct etc

**Experience and Other desirable attributes**
- 7- 8 years of experience in Internal audit, Risk and Compliance management.
- Working Knowledge for various Compliance & Risk Management tools (Service now, Archer)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Team player with Strong analytical skills and Eye for detail.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
- Ability to influence without any formal authority.
- Ability to work across different cultures and shifts.

**Qualification Required**
- Chartered Accountant/ MBA / Graduate with IRM level 2 or equivalent qualified
- Proficiency in Word/ Excel / Power Point Presentation
- Working knowledge of Tableau/ SQL/ Power BI will be an added advantage
