The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position involves working closely with the sales team, customers, and other internal departments to facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional customer service. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing sales documentation, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the sales process.

**Responsibilities-**

1. **Support the sales team**:

- Assist sales representatives in managing their schedules, appointments, and sales activities.
- Provide sales representatives with necessary sales materials, product information, and pricing details.
- Help prepare and submit sales orders, quotations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

2. **Customer relationship management**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing their needs.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Assist with order management, including order processing, tracking, and resolution of any issues or discrepancies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

3. **Sales administration and documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain sales reports, sales forecasts, and other relevant sales documentation.
- Coordinate and track sales activities, including lead generation, sales pipelines, and customer interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements.

**4. Communication and collaboration**:

- Foster effective communication and collaboration between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and sales events, including arranging logistics and preparing necessary materials.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations.

5. **Process improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Suggest improvements to sales strategies, customer service, and internal workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

**Requirements-**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
