We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Night Shift Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Night Shift Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls during nighttime hours, offering exceptional customer service and promoting our products or services. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls during the night shift to potential customers to promote our products or services, and generate leads.
- Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing relevant information.
- Utilize scripts and guidelines effectively to maintain a consistent and professional approach during interactions.
- Identify customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions or products to meet those needs.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while building rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion as specified by the management.
- Update customer information and interactions accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share insights, challenges, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Strive to stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to better assist customers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations while adhering to ethical standards during customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
- Fluent in the local language(s) and proficiency in English (additional language skills may be advantageous).
- Ability to work the night shift hours and adapt to changing schedules as required.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software or call center tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service will be a bonus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
