**About the team**:
Mobiquest (Paytm m’Loyal)is a self serve mobile loyalty, data analytics & precision marketing platform that beautifully combines the use of mobile technology, coupled with web based CRM and visual analytics to produce amazing business results for retail brands. The ease of deployment, hassle free SAAS model and fanatic functionality makes it the most desirable tool for marketers to drive huge ROI on their marketing ideas / campaigns / budgets.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Delivery/CRM associate for seamless integration of new merchant partners with the Mobiquest platform. He/she must have experience in bringing a new merchant partner from PO to Go-Live stage.

**Expectations/Requirements**:

- The scope of responsibilities of this role includes:

- Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
- Act as an Analytics Consultant for providing solutions to Clients
- business needs.
- Do deep data driven analysis & Collate the data into coherent and logical structures to produce periodic as well as one-off analyses to aid the decision makers
- Supporting the analytics needs of business by analysing data from multiple sources including CRM data & the external data from the clients.
- Skilled in Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written)
- Identifying (existing and new) customer segments where there is a potential for activities to increase customer engagement, sales or profitability
- Connect transactional analysis with customer data to improve customer offerings.

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:

- Min 1 years of experience in Analytics consultancy or similar background
- Prior experience in data analytic tools & delivering presentations to the clients
- Aptitude for problem solving and quantitative skills
- Good written and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint is a must
- Experience of working on Advanced analytics
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Self motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow-through on commitments

**Qualification : BBA/MBA**
