**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive company growth.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- **Client Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- **Sales Process**:

- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for clients.

**Marketing Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Implementation**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Participate in promotional activities, including trade shows and product launches.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Contribute to social media and digital marketing efforts.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback to refine products and services.
- **Campaigns**:

- Support marketing campaigns by planning, implementing, and tracking performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing (6-7 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,605.89 - ₹60,000.00 per month
