Billing Coordinator/assistant

**Position: Billing Coordinator**
**Shift: - Day Shift**
**Location: - Lajpat Nagar, Delhi**
**Job Responsibility**:
- Generate invoices for customers based on their purchases, ensuring that all items are listed correctly, with accurate pricing, taxes, and discounts applied.
- Ensure that receipts are properly issued for all transactions, and provide customers with itemized bills when required.
- Double-check that invoices match the customer's order and payment method (cash, credit card, store credit, etc.).
- Process and record all customer payments, whether by cash, credit card, debit card, or any other accepted payment method.
- Ensure that all payments are accurately applied to the correct customer accounts.
- Handle customer inquiries related to their billing, such as questions on charges, pricing, payment terms, or discrepancies.
- Resolve billing disputes by investigating any issues with charges, payments, returns, or pricing, and working with the customer to find a satisfactory solution.
- Provide explanations to customers regarding billing errors, promotional discounts, or adjustments that may have been applied.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring that appropriate adjustments are made to invoices or receipts.
- Retail Experience would be preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,608.28 - ₹20,000.00 per month
