We are a startup and are looking for people to join the fast-growing organisation and blend in with the environment as a core team members. More about our business; we are bringing to the country OTC products as Sirona Healthcare, creating a platform for our Medical and Healthcare professionals to reach out and promote their services and practice as Sirona Medicom. The third division of Sirona Group is Sirona Life, dealing with nutraceuticals. Join us to be a part of our team and add value to Sirona Group

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce department.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales.
- Work with product managers to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Manage the customer experience, including order processing, customer service, and returns.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in e-commerce and marketing.

**Required technical skillsets**:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Ability to use data analysis tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Here are some of the specific technical skills that is necessary for the job:

- E-commerce platforms: The ability to use e-commerce platforms to create and manage online stores.
- SEO: The ability to optimize websites for search engines.
- SEM: The ability to create and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Social media marketing: The ability to use social media platforms to promote products and drive sales.
- Data analysis tools: The ability to use data analysis tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
