1. Customer’s and Sales team’s first point of contact in case of any technical issue with products/ services.

2. In case of any product related issue, contact the manufacturer or vendor and raise the RMA case.

3. In case of any service-related issue, contact the vendor and get the issue resolved.

4. Resolve internal technical issues.

5. Create tickets with Fortinet for resolving issues and mapping contracts.

6. Follow up on RMA with manufacturer and vendors.

7. Coordinating with logistics staff on customers RMA product pickup and delivery.

8. Send repair or service quotes to customers.

9. Create and update service engineers calls on Odoo daily.

10. Send service completion reports to customers.

11. Updating and sending the pending calls list to Technical Manager daily.

12. Prepare and send service report to MD on a weekly basis.

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales/ Service Coordination, Client relation, Technical support etc.

**Qualification**:
BCA/BTech/MCA/Diploma in networking/ hardware/ computer engineering

Very good communication skill in English - Verbal and Written
- is mandatory.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
