We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Administration & Planning to join our Operations Accounting Organization. This role is open for Chennai or Pune. It is current a Hybrid Model role.
Strong oral, written, strategic communication skills, including the ability to distill complex messages into clear and concise communications.
Responsible for Pre-matching and fails management for Equity, Fixed income and ETF’S trades in US & Canda markets.
Knowledge in International CSD such as DTC Fedwire, Euroclear, Euronext and Clearstream is an added value.
Liaise with custodian, brokers / Trade support and front office teams to avoid, market penalties in all markets.
Good knowledge in handling swift such as MT 540, 541,543,545,537 & 599.
Able to handle sensitive issues under pressure and escalate to supervisor to avoid any financial loss.
Must be flexible to work in US shift.
**Education & Experience**:
3.5 to 5 years of work experience required in Investment banking operations.
2+ years of Global Clearance & settlements experience is must.
**Education requirement**: bachelor’s degree. Master’s a plus
