We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty member to join our team of educators. As a Physics Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in preparing students for the highly competitive IIT JEE, NEET, and CBSE examinations. Your expertise in Physics and your ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable manner will be crucial in helping our students achieve their academic goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop Course Material**: Create and update study materials, including notes, assignments, and practice tests, to support effective learning.

**Provide Individualized Support**: Offer personalized guidance and mentoring to students to help them excel in Physics.

**Monitor Student Progress**: Assess and track students' progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.

**Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Physics, IIT JEE, NEET, and CBSE curriculum changes.

**Participate in Faculty Meetings**: Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching methods and curriculum.

**Inspire and Motivate**: Inspire students to cultivate a love for Physics and motivate them to achieve their academic goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Physics or a related field.
- Strong command of Physics concepts and principles.
- Proven experience in teaching IIT JEE, NEET, and CBSE syllabi.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet students' needs.
- Dedication to staying current with educational trends and best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role at a reputed coaching institute.
- Experience in developing educational content.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
