Showroom Hostess

**Job Title**: Showroom Hostess (Jewellery)

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a friendly and experienced showroom hostess with at least two years of experience in the jewellery industry to welcome customers and assist them with their jewellery needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly upon their arrival at the showroom.
- Provide information about our jewellery collections and services.
- Assist customers in navigating the showroom and answering inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for product demonstrations or consultations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized showroom environment.
- Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the jewellery industry/Front Office/ Reception in a retail or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
