Digital Marketing Assistant

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media & Digital Marketing Management**:
- Work with Digital Marketing vendors to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase awareness of the mobile healthcare services and initiatives, particularly on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Manage the organization’s social media profiles, website and online presence, creating content that engages target audiences and promotes the mobile healthcare services.
- Coordinate with Digital marketing partners to create and curate regular posts, videos, blogs, and other media to highlight healthcare camp activities, technology features, and success stories from underserved communities.
- Analyze social media performance and web traffic data to continually improve outreach and engagement efforts.
**Content Creation & Outreach Support**:
- Collaborate with the foundation’s outreach team to develop content for brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and other materials aimed at raising awareness about the foundation’s mobile healthcare initiatives.
- Support the creation of compelling multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and social media assets, to communicate the foundation's impact and engage donors, volunteers, and partners.
- Assist in the development of educational content and resources related to mobile healthcare, technology, and community health.
- Ensure that all outreach content reflects the foundation’s mission, values, and goals, and maintains consistent branding across channels.
Additional responsibilities:
**Technology Management**:
- Manage and maintain the technology systems for mobile healthcare vans, including telemedicine, EHR systems, AI diagnostics, and tele-reporting tools.
- Oversee deployment and management of fleet management software and workforce management tools for operational efficiency.
**IT Infrastructure & Support**:
- Monitor the hardware, software, and network systems used in mobile clinics and offices to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to mobile clinic staff, ensuring all systems (telemedicine platforms, diagnostic devices) are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the mobile vans' networking equipments.
**Networking and IoT Device Management**:
- Manage and monitor network connectivity for all mobile healthcare units, ensuring seamless communication between IoT devices, diagnostic equipment, and telemedicine platforms.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of networking infrastructure, including routers, modems, and Wi-Fi hotspots, to ensure continuous connectivity during healthcare operations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of IoT devices and networking issues, including diagnostics, communication errors, and connectivity problems, ensuring mínimal downtime during camps.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors or internal teams to address complex connectivity issues, and perform routine maintenance on connected devices.
**Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination**:
- Liaise with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure timely updates and repairs of digital systems and medical equipment.
- Coordinate with external technology partners such as CCTV, Biometric vendors.
**Training & Documentation**:
- Provide training for healthcare staff on using telemedicine, EHR systems, and AI-based tools.
- Document processes for system usage, troubleshooting, and reporting.
**Innovation & Operational Efficiency**:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage new and emerging technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of mobile healthcare operations.
- Work closely with the operations team to analyze existing workflows and propose technology solutions that streamline processes and enhance service delivery in the mobile healthcare units.
- Implement innovative tools or systems (e.g., automation, data analytics, AI-driven diagnostics) to optimize fleet management, patient care, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to pilot and integrate new technologies that improve healthcare accessibility and reduce operational costs.
- Drive continuous improvement through technology, ensuring that innovation aligns with the foundation’s mission to deliver high-quality healthcare services to underserved communities.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
**Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience in **social media management**, **content creation**, and **digital marketing**.
- Experience in **identifying and implementing innovative technologies** to improve operational efficiencies is a significant advantage.
- Experience in content development for outreach and awareness-building activities is a plus.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
