Agriculture/ Herbal Farm Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily farming activities, including planting, irrigation, and pest control.
- Ensure efficient and organic farming practices, maintaining high-quality yields.
- Supervise and train farm workers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement pest management and soil fertility strategies.
- Coordinate harvest schedules and oversee herb processing for quality and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate records of farming activities and prepare regular reports on performance.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and forecasting for the herbal farm.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in herbal farming and leadership in agriculture.
- Knowledge of organic farming practices and sustainable agriculture principles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team leadership experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and farm management software.
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
