**Job Summary**:
The Ecommerce Executive is responsible for driving online sales through various digital channels and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the company's ecommerce platform like AMAZON, FLIPKART etc. This includes managing product listings, analyzing sales data, executing marketing strategies, and coordinating with other departments to enhance online performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Store Management**:

- Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor the performance of the online store and implement strategies for improvement.
- Assist in website updates and maintenance.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer behavior.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Ensure a smooth customer journey on the ecommerce platform.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use analytics tools to track website traffic, sales, and customer engagement metrics.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory forecasting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and SEO best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require flexible hours, especially during peak seasons or promotional events.
- The role may involve work in office-based settings.
