Excavator Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- **Excavator Operation**:

- Operate the SANY 210 Excavator to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, grading, and other excavation activities.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment, following all manufacturer and site-specific safety guidelines.
- **Equipment Inspection and Maintenance**:

- Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure the excavator is in good working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Identify and communicate potential hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.
- **Productivity and Efficiency**:

- Execute excavation tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to project timelines and goals.
- Collaborate with the construction team to optimize workflow and achieve project objectives.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain clear communication with the site supervisor, project manager, and other team members.
- Report progress, issues, and any required adjustments in a timely and effective manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience specifically operating the SANY 210 Excavator is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in operating and controlling heavy equipment, especially the SANY 210 Excavator.
- Strong understanding of excavation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.
- **Certifications**:

- Valid excavator operator certification or license.
- ID proof or any educational certificate
- Any additional relevant certifications in heavy equipment operation are a plus.
- Original aadhar card and L&T driving license
- **Physical Fitness**:

- Ability to sit for extended periods and operate controls with precision.
- Physical strength and stamina for manual labor associated with equipment operation.
- **Team Player**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse construction team.
- Willingness to assist in tasks beyond equipment operation when required.
