Role summary

Achieving the Planned Sales Volume and other targets of MS, HSD, Lubes & NFR for the Territory.

Supervising Development of the Retail network of Essar ROs by identifying suitable land & franchisees.

Inspect retail outlets regularly on maintenance, compliance & adherence to safety, regulatory & company norms

Functional Skills:
1. Detailed product knowledge and retail policies

2. Managing channel partners

3. Strong networking skills

4. Willing to travel extensively

5. Knowledge of Retail operations and logi
