Clinical Pharmacologist

Will prepare/oversee the preparation of the chemotherapy.
- Maintain the regulatory requirements of the pharmacy.
- Will perform daily review of the medication chart, intake/output etc. on a daily basis to look for drug/drug and drug/food interactions. Will also look for the need to adjust doses.
- Will be involved in the preparation and modification of treatment protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
- Will be responsible for educating the family or the clinical team regarding medication management.
- Guide the team in auditing all the indents to anticipate, prevent, and investigate medication errors of all types.
- Coordinate with doctors and nurses and answer queries related to proper use, storage, stability and overdose of drugs
- Will be responsible for quality management activity related to medication management including periodic audits.
- Will be responsible for maintaining the in-house pharmacy.
- Will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a process for tracking, inventory, and secured storage of investigational drugs.
- Monitor the restricted antibiotic consumption and participate in infection control.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
