**Job Position**

As Office 365 Administrator, you will be actively work with IT Support team to enable smooth functioning of Office 365 environment in the company. The role is crucial in ensuring the authorized employees have access to right kind of tools and technologies in the Office 365 environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Monitor the service health and performance of Office 365 and all its products, and take proactive measures to prevent or mitigate issues
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies
- Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform regular backups of data and systems, and develop and test disaster recovery plans
- Stay updated on new features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations as needed
- Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations
- Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
- Monitor trends and developments in the Office 365 ecosystem, and keep abreast of changes in the competitive landscape
- Overall, 8 years or more experience as Windows System Administrator
- 5 years or more experience as Office 365 Administrator
- Expert in managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and other tools in Microsoft eco-system
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions with mínimal support
