1. Execution of office related documentation work and coordinating with service providers, suppliers, bank & customers related to any documentation.
2. Making customer wise contacts data basis in excel and analyze the same.
3. Making GST & Non GST Expenses and coordinating with CA for GST monthly filing.
4. Preparing offers, Purchase Orders, Proforma invoice & Invoices in Excel.(proper training and support will be provided).
6. Understanding customer requirements and handling customer related jobs accordingly.(proper training and support will be provided).
7. Follow-up with customers for orders and payments.
8. Attending customer calls during working hours.( if necessary, only. Mobile sim will be provided)
9. Receipt of material and dispatch of material as per instructions.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹8,087.00 per month
