SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage assigned personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.- If the role has subordinates: Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs- Receive and register samples from production- Incoming Raw Material Quality control- Ensure efficient work so that QC processes are done in the shortest possible time.- Analyze according to given methods and compare results with specification- Measure and follow up KPIs as agreed- Issue Certificate of Analysis (CoA), distribute and file as required- Store retain samples and remove old samples on the expiry date- Ensure that instruments have been calibrated according to standard- Powder specific - supervision of Powder lab technicians

Qualification:

- Bsc/Msc (Chemistry) or B.E/Btec ( Paint Tech)

Experience:

- Relevant Exp in Powder Quality.
