**Job Title**: Women Hairstylist
- R**eporting to**: Lead Hairstylist / Salon Manager
- **Location**: Pune-Koregaon Park
- **Req. Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Cosmetology is plus
- **Preferred Industry**: Beauty and Cosmetology
- **Experience**: Entry-level or 1+ years in a support role within a salon setting
- **Salary Budget**: As per company norms
- **Key Competencies**:

- Basic knowledge of hair styling and hair care products
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact warmly with clients
- Good organizational skills to manage supplies and keep the salon tidy
- Ability to follow instructions and work under guidance
- Willingness to learn new techniques and assist with various hairstyling services
- Strong communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability

**Job description**:

- Assist hairstylists in the daily operations of the salon, focusing on services for women.
- Prepare clients for hairstyling by shampooing and conditioning hair, and providing other preparatory
- services as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon, including sweeping hair, cleaning stations, and sanitizing tools and
- equipment.
- Manage and restock supplies, ensuring all necessary products and tools are readily available for
- hairstylists.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the salon’s front desk as required.
- Provide basic hairstyling services under the supervision of a licensed stylist, such as blow-drying and
- simple styling.
- Observe and learn from senior stylists to improve skills and advance within the salon.
- Handle client relations, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming experience for all salon visitors.
- Support the hairstylists during more complex treatments and services.
