We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our Branch Management sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in sales and channel management
- Proactively contribute to the formulation and direction of sales strategy
- Achieve the sales target as allocated by the management.
- Support customer service activity and staff competence to optimize and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage the allocated budget to affect profitable performance for the assigned area.
- Clearly communicate and delegate to Sales team so that they remain well informed of targets.
- Achieve stock monitoring and control targets in line with management guidelines.
- Liaise with dealers, customers, and branches for effective sales performance.
- Identify underperforming dealers and develop a business plan to address and manage issues.
- Achieve successful results through coaching and training for dealers.
- Collect constructive feedback on Sales.
- Support Brand Management activities.
- Develop effective network communication across the area to ensure shared knowledge.
- Encourage Sales team to see continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions.
- Ensure full implementation of Induction Program of Sales team.
- Create a positive environment that results in stable retention of team members.
- Maintaining and Administration of the Branch Office
- Travel frequently to meet dealers, new dealer appointment in assigned area.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties, as requested by the management and the Department Head and Takes up additional tasks as and when assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- UG / PG Degree with 5 - 8 years of experience in sales.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
