As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces that meet the needs and preferences of clients. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and execute interior design projects across various residential, commercial, and institutional settings.

Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Kandivali

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints for interior design projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather measurements, evaluate existing conditions, and identify design opportunities and constraints.
- Develop conceptual design proposals, mood boards, and design presentations that communicate design concepts, aesthetics, and material selections to clients.
- Create detailed interior design drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and accessories that align with the project's design concept, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with architectural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems.
- Prepare project documentation, including design specifications, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide design guidance and support to project teams, including junior designers, interns, and support staff, and oversee their work to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices in interior design, and integrate innovative ideas and solutions into design projects.
- Collaborate with external consultants, such as lighting designers, acoustic engineers, and sustainability experts, to address specialized design requirements and enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing interior design, accessibility, health, safety, and environmental sustainability.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners through effective communication, professionalism, and responsiveness.
- Participate in client presentations, project meetings, and design reviews, and solicit feedback to refine and enhance design solutions.
- Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals, participating in client pitches, and cultivating new client relationships to expand the firm's portfolio and market presence.
- Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in all aspects of work, maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' wishes and interests.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
