Superstructure Foreman

Experienced in Castinsitu Balanced Cantilever Bridge Superstructure construction by Formtraveler method with minimum 15-25 years experience in relevant marine related jobs.
- Responsible for Erection of Formtraveler frames with bolded and welded connections, Erection of Shutters & Alignment, Fixing of rebar, HDPE duct profiling and insertion of HT Strands for Stressing.
- Responsible for engaging workmen, machinery at site and extract optimum productivity for achieving yearly, monthly and weekly project targets
- To be experienced in Hydraulic jacks operation for Stressing of Macalloy bars, Launching of shutters, frames through Hydraulic Jacks.
- Responsible for Stressing works, grouting works after stressing and movement of formtravelers to next segment with launching Hydraulic jacks.
- Placing of Castinsitu segment concrete with required Quality checks and Safety parameters.
- Responsible for erection of required temporary support arrangements for formtraveler segment casting
