Oversee day-to-day Kids Club operations.
- Manage the entire Program of Kids clubs.
- Coordinate with the coaches and Set learning goals for students and Coaches based on the programs that we have Designed.
- Monitor and report on Coaches performance as well as Students Performance.
- Present data from Kids performance to Parents as well as Directors.
- Research new resources and techniques to improve the Kids Club Programs.
- Promote the Kids Club Activities.
- Design and Implement new programs for Kids club in Summer Camp as well as in general for both Oneiros Clubs.

**Desired Profile**:

- One who has completed B.Ed /M Ed and have an appropriate qualification.
- should have minimum 4 years of experience in Counselor/ coordinator kind of profile in School.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
