**Job Title**: Support Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Support Coordinator. As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating support activities to ensure the smooth operation of our services and the satisfaction of our customers or clients. You will play a critical role in facilitating communication, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution of support issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee support activities to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer or client issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers or clients, managing incoming inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
- Prioritize and assign support tasks to team members, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and appropriately.
- Monitor the progress of support tickets and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical support, sales, and operations, to gather information and provide comprehensive support to customers or clients.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, including ticket status, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers or clients to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on the support experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of support services.
- Stay updated on product or service offerings and communicate updates or changes to customers or clients as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on support processes and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a Customer Support or Coordination Role.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong Organizational Skills and the bility to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office allied tools, especially MS Excel & MS Word.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Knowledge of the industry or product/service being supported is a plus.
