**Key responsibilities**
- Manage all day to day tasks for CEO, including agendas, calls, travel management and other work related errands
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and meetings
- Manage, coordinate, arrange CEO's travel and travel-related activities
- Work directly with CEO and routinely perform variety of support duties
- 5 days working (Willingness to work even on week offs, if required)
- Tracking and consolidating reports from all departments like Monthly Progress report, Board meeting reports, Project reports etc.
- Preparing MOM and circulating the same to concerned departments
- Providing direct support to the Senior Management team as required, particularly in meeting business planning targets
