Job Description:
Graphic Designer (1-year experience) - Pune and Nagpur

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Pune and Nagpur. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating highly engaging multimedia content, developing graphics, animations, effects, title and text animations, videos, and integrating voice-overs. Your role will involve working on various marketing platforms, refining visual content based on feedback, and generating new ideas to enhance the visual appeal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create highly engaging multimedia content that captivates the target audience.
- Develop graphics, animations, effects, title and text animations, videos, and integrate voice-overs to enhance the visual impact.
- Refine and improve visual content based on feedback from clients and colleagues.
- Generate new ideas and concepts for visual content to ensure innovative and creative designs.
- Create design templates and layouts suitable for various marketing platforms.
- Think creatively to produce branding designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Input voice, dialogues, graphics, and effects in videos to enhance the overall quality.
- Collaborate with the team to work on script videos, reels, and short snippets for online media.
- Manage video editing, adding effects, infographics, and rendering videos for social and online media platforms like YouTube.
- Create and distribute content including blogs, infographics, videos, and other relevant media.
- Possess a strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to effectively execute design projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in creating highly engaging multimedia content.
- Strong skills in developing graphics, animations, effects, title and text animations, and videos.
- Ability to integrate voice-overs effectively into visual content.
- Excellent understanding of design principles and trends.
- Ability to think creatively and produce innovative ideas for branding designs.
- Experience in script videos, reels, and short snippets for online media is desirable.
- Proficiency in video editing, adding effects, infographics, and rendering videos.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,537.18 per month
