Food Technologist

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production goals and customer requirements
- Develop and implement production strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and increase efficiency
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards
- Evaluate and improve production methods, equipment, and technology to optimize performance and reduce costs
- Analyze production data and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of production systems, manufacturing processes, and quality control principles
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to think critically and optimize processes
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to adapt to changing production requirements and schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,600.46 - ₹30,000.00 per month
