Project: Commercial Office Building - This is an office building project in Gurugram. There will be retail and amenities on the ground level and office floors partially for leasing out. Office floors shall also involve Interior Fitouts. It's being designed as a LEED platinum-rated building.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing and executing the works as per drawings and technical specifications for facade works as per the BOQ.
- Keeping track of material received as per the specification and BOQ.
- Working closely with the planning engineer and project manager for scheduling and progress of the work.
- Handling the facade contractor by being a single point of contact.
- Assisting and coordinating with other site engineers for the progress of civil works.
- Coordinating with the commercial department for billing works by certifying the works and billing related to facade works.
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite activities of facade contractors related to safety and quality-related issues.
- Monitoring and following up with contractors for daily progress activities.

About you

You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering. You have experience as a construction engineer in facade with a positive and proactive attitude to site management, reporting, quality inspections, site observations, productivity enhancements, and work methodologies.

You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
