**Job description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of our leading and well established IMFL& Distillery Client in Chennai. The CEO will be responsible for leading their 4 business units situated in southern region. The responsibility includes in developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing operations and finance, and driving sales and growth. The CEO will also be involved in strategic planning and ensuring compliance with regulations.

**Max Budget: 36 LPA**

- Lead the formulation and execution of strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the brewery and distillery industry and adjust business strategies accordingly.

Job description

- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain management, quality control, and distribution.
- Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement best practices and processes to optimize resource utilization and maximize productivity.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate operational performance.

3. Risk Management and Compliance:

- Identify and assess risks related to business operations, regulatory compliance, market dynamics, and other factors.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to safeguard the company's interests.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and ethics.

4. Brand Building and Marketing:

- Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and equity among target consumers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and market positioning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of executive leadership experience in the brewery and distillery industry or related field.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Exceptional strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Sound knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and quality assurance standards in the beverage industry.
