Bar Captain

Timing: 11am to 11:00pm (long and late working hours)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Cleanliness & hygiene to be maintained of F&B items, Timely trainings to be given to the stewards and below in line, assist the guest.
- Plan, organize, and control the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar. Create drink recipes.
- Order or requisition liquors and supplies. Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders, maintain bar inventory, business generation & Incentives for sale generation to be considered.

**SKILLSET**:
Communicational skills, detail oriented and guest service skills, timely training to junior level.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madgaon, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- BAR CAPTAIN: 1 year (preferred)
