We are seeking a skilled and passionate Neapolitan Pizza Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Neapolitan Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for crafting authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
**Responsibilities**:
1.Pizza Preparation: Prepare and hand-stretch Neapolitan pizza dough according to traditional methods, ensuring a consistent and authentic texture.
2. Toppings Selection:Skillfully select and source high-quality ingredients, including fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, and other traditional toppings.
3. Wood-Fired Oven Operation: Operate and manage a wood-fired pizza oven, ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection with that signature char and crispiness.
4. Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative Neapolitan pizza variations while maintaining the authenticity of the traditional recipes.
5. Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that each pizza adheres to the Neapolitan standard, including size, thickness, and flavor.
6. Kitchen Organization: Keep the pizza station and kitchen area clean, organized, and in compliance with food safety standards.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate and streamline overall kitchen operations.
8. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to provide a welcoming experience, answer inquiries about Neapolitan pizza, and accommodate special requests.
**Requirements**:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Neapolitan Pizza Chef in a high-volume restaurant or pizzeria.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Neapolitan pizza-making techniques, traditional ingredients, and wood-fired oven operation.
- Skillset: Proficient in hand-stretching pizza dough, managing a wood-fired oven, and crafting visually appealing and delicious Neapolitan pizzas.
- Passion: A genuine passion for creating authentic Neapolitan pizza and staying updated on industry trends.
- Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
