**Objectives of this role**:

- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with the Product Developer to priorities the product backlog.

**Your tasks**:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Coaching the team and its stakeholders on Scrum principles and practices. This includes helping the team to self-organize, and to continuously improve their processes.
- Responsible for identifying and removing any impediments that may be preventing the team from delivering value/Sprint Goal. This could include anything from technical issues to team dynamics.
- Responsible for protecting the team from outside distractions and interruptions. This allows the team to focus on their work and deliver value.
- Responsible for ensuring that the team's progress is transparent to all stakeholders. This includes maintaining a visible product backlog and burn-down chart.
- Helping the product owner refine and maintain the backlog by using information gathered from various meetings. Help in prioritizing the backlog.
- Helping the team in Jira and Confluence maintenance.
- Prepare Velocity, Predictability, Burndown Charts etc. and use that to Inspect and Adapt.
- Manage Risk and Dependencies to improve the flow of Value.

**Required skills and **qualifications.**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Certified Scrum master who can facilitate scrum ceremonies.
- Facilitate multiple scrum team.
- Good knowledge of SAFe as well as working experience
- Ability to handle/facilitate multi-vendor project.
- Good Experience in distributed team management
- Create/track various matrices.
- Coach/Facilities scrum team as well as Product Owner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**:

- General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
