**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Train and develop team members, providing regular feedback and performance appraisals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Implement promotional activities and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify sales opportunities and strategies for business growth.
- Ensure the store meets health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

Ability to Commute:
