JOB TITLE: Entertainment Service provider(ESP)
DEPARTMENT Operations
REPORTS TO: Duty Officer
JOB PURPOSE: To provide excellent service to patrons so that their experience will be worth remembering.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To personally greet the customers and other affluent people at each
touch point with correct salutation
- Service on seat,
- Customer query handling
- Box office handling, ticketing and reporting
SPECIFICATIONS: Qualification:
Educational: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience:0-1 year in a similar role in Service/Hospitality/Retail
industry.
Working conditions: In Cinemas

**Salary**: ₹11,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
