Hookah Expert

**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and interact with guests, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Educate customers on different types of hookah, flavors, and smoking techniques.
- **Preparation and Maintenance**:

- Prepare and set up hookahs, ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working condition.
- Mix and prepare various shisha flavors, customizing blends as requested by customers.
- Monitor and maintain the hookah experience throughout the customer’s visit.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of inventory, including shisha flavors, coals, and hookah accessories.
- Assist in ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all guests.
- Educate customers on responsible smoking practices.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the bar and service staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and trends in the hookah industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of hookah products, flavors, and preparation techniques.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be of legal age to work in an establishment serving tobacco products.
