**Responsibilities**:
**Design Creation**: Develop captivating and on-brand visual concepts for a variety of projects, including social media graphics, IEC materials, promotional materials, advertisements, etc.

**Social Media Creatives**: Design engaging and attention-grabbing graphics for various social media platforms, incorporating current design trends and optimizing content for digital consumption.

**IEC Materials**: Conceptualize and produce IEC materials, including posters, flipbooks, reports, brochures, and other print collateral, ensuring they effectively convey information and captivate the target audience.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, and clients to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with the client's vision and project goals.

**Visual Identity**: Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design projects, ensuring a cohesive visual identity for each client.

**Research**: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.

**Print Production**: Prepare and deliver design files for print, ensuring accurate color profiles, resolution, and formats.

**Qualifications**:

- A portfolio showcasing a strong range of design work, including social media graphics and various IEC materials.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically about design choices.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a creative agency or similar environment is a plus.
- Willingness to commute to Faridabad on a daily basis.
