**Responsibilities**:

- **Image Editing**: Utilize Photoshop to retouch, enhance, and manipulate images according to project requirements. This may include color correction, cropping, resizing, and compositing.
- **Creative Design**: Collaborate with designers and art directors to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the highest quality standards for all edited images, paying close attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and open communication with team members to ensure project goals are understood and met.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in image editing and design to enhance skill set and contribute fresh ideas to projects.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Photoshop**: Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Photoshop with a strong understanding of tools, layers, masks, and blending modes.
- **Creative Eye**: Aesthetic sensibility and a creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling images.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
