The **DAV Group - Chennai**, functioning under the aegis of Tamil Nadu Arya Samaj Educational Society was established in **1970 **at Gopalapuram in Chennai with just 50 students. In addition to K-12 schooling, DAV has recently ventured into **Higher Education** with DAV-SMK Fomra College of Arts & Science at Kelambakkam, Chennai.

**Job description**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Trained Teacher with expertise in teaching Tamil language to young students. The Trained Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and promoting the overall development of primary school students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education with specialization in Tamil language or Bachelor's degree in Tamil literature with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Prior teaching experience, preferably at the secondary level.
- Strong proficiency in Tamil language and literature.
- Knowledge of instructional strategies and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Dedication to continuous professional growth and development.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
