Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist (Gastroenterology)
**Job Description**:
Are you a skilled marketer with a passion for the healthcare industry, particularly in the gastroenterology field? Our hospital is seeking a highly motivated and talented Field Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing efforts in the gastroenterology department. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in market research, promotion, digital marketing, and field marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's brand presence and outreach in the gastroenterology domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research:Conduct in-depth research on the gastroenterology market, including patient demographics, competitors' analysis, and emerging trends.
Identify opportunities for market growth and strategic positioning within the gastroenterology field.
- Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the hospital's gastroenterology services.
- Collaborate with the hospital's medical team to create informative and engaging content that highlights our expertise in gastroenterological care.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and workshops to raise awareness about our gastroenterology department.
- Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques to improve the hospital's online visibility in gastroenterology-related searches.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to target local physicians, medical practices, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct in-person visits and engage with referring physicians to promote our gastroenterology services and build strong referral relationships.
- Represent the hospital at medical conferences, industry events, and community gatherings to increase brand awareness.
- Foster strong relationships with gastroenterologists and other medical professionals, promoting collaboration and referral partnerships.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and industry events to network with key stakeholders.
- Track marketing activities and generate periodic reports on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics to measure ROI (Return on Investment) and make data-driven recommendations for future marketing endeavors.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry and specifically in gastroenterology or related medical fields.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Experience in field marketing, including relationship building with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare industry is a plus
- Should be native to coimbatore

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
