**Activity list and Key Responsibilities:

**Curriculum Design and Delivery**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver theatre lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach a broad range of theatre skills, including acting, voice, movement, improvisation, and stage design.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and student abilities.
- Incorporate diverse theatrical techniques and traditions to broaden students’ understanding of the performing arts.

**Student Engagement and Development**:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess and track student progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored support to help them develop their skills.
- Foster students' personal development by promoting self-confidence, communication, and teamwork through drama activities.
- Organize and facilitate student involvement in extracurricular drama activities, such as drama clubs and theatre performances.

**School Productions and Performances**:

- Lead and direct school productions, including plays, performances, and other theatrical events.
- Oversee rehearsals, auditions, and ensure the smooth execution of productions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as music, dance, and technical staff, to deliver comprehensive and high-quality performances.
- Assist with set design, costume design, lighting, and sound coordination for productions.

**Extra-Curricular and Community Involvement**:

- Encourage student participation in after-school drama clubs, theatre trips, and workshops.
- Organize and participate in events that promote the arts, such as talent shows or collaboration with local theatres.
- Create opportunities for students to interact with professional theatre artists, through workshops, guest speakers, or masterclasses.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay current with the latest trends, methods, and best practices in theatre education and the performing arts.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, conferences, and faculty meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve and enhance the overall performing arts curriculum.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance assessments, and academic progress.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student development and involvement in theatre activities.
- Manage classroom resources, theatre equipment, and ensure the classroom/studio is well-organized and safe for student use.

**Educational Qualification:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or other relevant professional qualifications are a plus.

**Experience-**
- Proven experience as a Theatre Teacher or similar role, ideally in a school or educational setting.
- Experience in directing and producing school plays, performances, or related productions is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
