**A Little Bit About the Role**:
OLIVER+ is looking for a communications specialist. Your role would be two-fold: To act as the custodian of our communications internally and externally, and to share your expertise working with brands. You will build out our brand presence, while fostering a sense of belonging and ambassadorship among our people globally - while also providing copywriting expertise for some of the world's biggest brands.

You will work closely with our Leadership Teams across Creative, Operations, Talent and Management departments as the custodian of our communications, and collaborate with our global creative teams with a varied skillset that will include copywriting, investigative research, script writing, conceptual thinking and content project planning. The role will involve writing for digital/web: you'll help brands fit their tone of voice to this landscape and advise on content that'll powerfully connect with consumers.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Write, research, and conceptualise creative, innovative content that grows audiences and encourages sharing.
- Write short and long form articles.
- Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing through to execution.
- Maintain a high awareness of relevant trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
- Be responsible for working with internal teams to gather input and validate the content.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all written content.
- Present and articulate concepts to clients.
- Support employee experience with a focus on providing content for platforms, (mailers/social media and ambassador programs, and others as needed.
- Develop internal and external storytelling initiatives to promote OLIVER+
- Engage and develop relationships with employees to include them in communication and reward programmes.
- Develop content plans and deliver reports on published content's performance.
- Publish content on our social channels, community manager our platforms.

**What You'll Need**:

- 5 - 8 years' experience in an advertising agency/consultancy.
- Strong experience writing for digital and social media. Must be comfortable creating content with SEO in mind.
- A background in a corporate or journalism environment.
- Thorough understanding of changing social media and digital best practises.
- Experience of publishing through social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, etc).
- A powerful grasp of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
- Able to use data and insight to inform creative ideas.
- A flair for words.
- Curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
- The ability to think conceptually when needed. Experience working as part of a traditional creative team (designer and copywriter) would be helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audiences.
- Be able to navigate and manage stakeholder expectations.
- A proactive mindset that is comfortable to run with what you're entrusted to.
- Confident presenting and communicating clearly to other team members and clients.

**Good to have**:

- Experience working across publishing platforms
- Experience utilising Paid and Organic social, mailchimp and other tools.
