Motion Graphics Designer

**Responsibilities**:
Design and create compelling motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, and video productions.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments.
Create and edit video content for use in social media, online advertising, and other digital channels.
Work with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality motion graphics and animations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion graphics and design, and incorporate these into your work.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and creative concepts.
Assist with other design-related tasks, as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in motion graphics and animation design.
Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color, and composition.
Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in motion graphics and animation design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Motion graphics: 3 years (preferred)
