- As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-Business Excellence you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to theSection Head - Business Excellence.- The purpose of your role will be to manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOP's of the Business Excellence function.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- 1. The position serves as a focal point of Business Excellence function within the company- 2. Requires coordination of work with direct reportee workmen, contractors, Support departments and management to ensure timely delivery of quality product to Customer- 3. Take active lead Hero NEXT activities- 4. Support the plant level TPM & ISO Activies- 5. Lean Six Sigma projects- 6. Conduct training & audits related to the BE Function**A Day in the life**
- Manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOP's of the BE function.**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- B.Tech with 3-4 years of experience**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- 1. Experience of IMS (ISO & OHSAS) & Documentation- 2. Experience of TPM- 3. Experience of Safety & HIRA- 4. Ability to read & draw engineering drawings & blueprints- 5. Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt)**Behavioural Skills**
