Used Cars Sales Person

Mahindra First Choice, a leading automotive company specializing in the sale of pre-owned cars, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Used Car Sales Person. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively selling pre-owned vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable pre-owned vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining vehicle features and benefits, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Vehicle Presentation and Demonstration:Ensure all pre-owned vehicles are well-presented, clean, and in good working condition.
Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features, specifications, and benefits.
Provide accurate information about vehicle history, maintenance records, and additional services offered by Mahindra First Choice.

Sales Targets and Performance:Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
Actively prospect and follow up with potential customers through various communication channels.
Stay informed about current market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to effectively negotiate and close sales.

Documentation and Compliance:Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, including sales contracts, finance agreements, and vehicle registration.
Adhere to legal and ethical standards related to used car sales and customer data privacy.
Collaborate with the finance and administrative team to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Continuous Learning and Development:Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and technological advancements in the automotive sector.
Participate in regular training programs and workshops to enhance sales and customer service skills.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in used car sales, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Sound knowledge of automotive products, including different makes, models, and features.
- Familiarity with financing options and the ability to explain them to customers.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
