**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Take ownership of all assigned responsibilities, and proactively plan & execute administrative & coordination tasks to ensure successful project outcomes within the specified deadlines.

2. Visit the target academic institutions to coordinate the planning & organization of certain programmes/events in their campuses as per specified timelines and requirements.

3. Plan & schedule the day-to-day activities as well as the programmes/events to be organized in the target academic institutions as per a well-designed calendar of activities.

4. Help establish productive relationships with each institution’s authorities, faculty, and support staff to foster collaboration & support for the project, thereby facilitating progress & timely completion.

5. Develop & maintain checklists, databases and records of various activities and data on a regular basis as needed.

6. Provide regular updates and reports on project activities, status, and progress to ensure efficient project monitoring and facilitate corrective or new measures as desired.

7. Help source and arrange required materials & equipment at best possible rates to support project activities, and ensure the required infrastructure & event setup at different venues.

8. Handle the complete on-ground logistics and coordination work for organizing and managing programmes at academic institutions on the scheduled dates, ensuring smooth execution.

9. Communicate professionally and diligently with all internal & external stakeholders, and help streamline systems & processes that contribute to project success.

10. Identify and report any potential gaps or issues in the project planning or execution aspects, and help plan for contingencies and address any unforeseen obstacles.

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally 1-3 years of work experience (min exp = 1 year; max exp = upto 4 years)
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or stream

**Engagement Duration**:
4 months (can be extended by 1-2 months depending on project requirements)

**Nature of Role**:
Part-time (5-6 hours per day; 6 days a week)

**Salary**:
**Other Benefits**:

Part-time hours: 32 - 36 per week

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
