Collaborate with mainframe migration teams to find solutions to cross code and data related bugs and issues
- Clearly define the root cause of problems using defect reporting tools
- Validate customer data in destination systems
- Provide clear descriptions and feedback on tool performance for CORE team
- Complete database performance analysis, and tune runtime and data loading performance where applicable
- Consult and guide team on issues encountered
- Configure and populate relational databases on Prem or in the Cloud

Required Qualification:

- Total Experience should be more than 6+ years.
- 5+ years expert experience with relational and transactional languages as a DBA (DDL, DML, TCL, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience modernizing mainframe data systems
- Experience with both Windows and Linux
- Understanding of z/OS and/or Unisys based database systems
- Understanding of CICS, VSAM, JCL, COBOL
- Familiarity with SQL language structures and performance tuning
- Experience with scripting languages (Powershell, bash, Python, etc.)
- Creatively solve problems and collaborate in a remote work environment
- Your personal drive and problem-solving acumen become an asset, moving your client s infrastructure from the past to the future
- Build and inspire successful teams, by sharing your lessons-learned while learning from others
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
