**Job Title**: SAP GTS Application Expert, Export Control
**Reports To**: BPS Manager Logistics and Functional Area Lead

**Role Type**: Individual Contributor

**Location**:Bangalore

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE **POSITION**:
**Key **responsibilities**
- To align with the Business Analysts to capture business needs and translate into functional and non-functional requirements
- To develop and maintain new and existing IT solutions based on global processes and demands
- To align with the Domain Architects on overall IT architecture for Finance and Logistics
- To enable close contact to the Business Transformation Managers, Process owners and Process specialists in various demands on both operational and strategic level
- To optimize end-to-end operations and performance cross processes and cross vendor deliveries
- To work closely with all business partners and IT suppliers to ensure full cross stream integration.
- Assist IT suppliers in the architectural design discussion of proposed solutions
- To provide analysis and documentation of the current business processes.
- To develop and perform integration tests and support in user acceptance testing.
- To support the implementation of the new global solutions in the local units.
- Support the user community by providing training and materials for financial processes and tasks when required

**Education** **and** **Experience**
- University degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- Must have 8 plus years’ experience in SAP. 5 plus years’ experience in SAP GTS including integration & implementation.
- Knowledge and experience in Logistics, especially International Trade and Export Control processes and methods.
- Very good knowledge in SAP GTS and related SAP modules
- Experience in integrations of SAP GTS with other ERP systems than SAP
- High communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office

**Meritorious**
- Good understanding of Logistics impacts on co-existing processes such as sales, purchasing and finance.
- Experience in IT project management
