Organization Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a principal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and custodian of the data asset, the data within the asset, security, tools, and integrated services.
- Accountable for strategy, coordination and execution involving design, validation, stabilization, continuous improvement, and overall data quality that enables continued growth of the portfolio of data solutions and services that power the business.
- Influence key stakeholders and team members to identify, scope, and deliver data products to solution business needs and accelerate business value.
- Gather user requirements to solve business problems and translate them into business solutions.
- Work with data from multiple data sources to build integrated views that will drive business decisions.
- Lead architects, designers, and developers to deliver work plan.
- Understand data strategy and influence architectural direction.
- Ability to challenge status quo.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide consulting across internal and external partners.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks that could impact design and delivery of the solution.

Technical Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of CI/CD.
- Knowledge of best practices for code review and management in GitHub.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data management and development on complex datasets.
- Experience in design and development of Data Lakes, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and Schema Design.
- Expertise in performing data extraction, profiting, cleansing, conversion, transformation and loading of data.
- Experience with DBMS software and tools (examples include PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL, Server).
- Experience with AWS (including services such as Glue, DMS, CloudFormation, IAM, Lambda, S3 CloudWatch), MS Azure, Spark framework.
- Strong understand of Cybersecurity Operations.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Management of Information System, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with data architecture and modeling.

Additional Skills and Preferences
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Ability to communicate and influence all levels of leadership and team members.
- Experience working in a global team across multiple time zones.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and critical timelines.
- Strong analytics, problem solving and investigative skills that can lead to data solutions.
- Demonstrated understand of a highly regulated environment that involves data privacy and CCI requirements.
